What are our requirements?
- Completed Application for Employment
- Must be dedicated and responsible, kind, and caring
- At least 1-year experience in client care
- Must have relevant qualifications or experience in the position applied for.
- Current C.P.R. and First Aid certification.
- Physical Examination with Medical Clearance
- Current driver’s license.
- Social Security Card.
- Proof of Employment Authorization, if applicable.
- Proof of Auto Insurance. All caregivers must have access to reliable transportation.
- Five-year work/educational history, including company name, address, and phone number.
- Two verifiable emergency contact numbers.
- Annual TB screening.
- Nationwide Criminal background to be facilitated by the office.
- Nationwide Sex Offender Check through the Dru Sjodin Public Registry to be facilitated by the office.
